About Sarka Hetherington

Being born in the Czech Republic and coming here at only 5 years of age, learning how to be fluent in both Czech and English was one of the hardest tasks I had to encounter as a child growing up in the United States. However, I couldn't be happier with all that I have accomplished within my last 20+ years of living in this great country that I now have the privilege to call my home. Over the years I have progressed my way up from cashiering to managing a Retail business, to becoming a Real Estate Agent for NextHome Advisors in 2017. After receiving my Diploma from Cape Coral High School, I went on to study accounting at Florida Southwestern, and later completing the necessary steps in order to receive my real estate license.

Today, I am very grateful to be able to say that I own a home here in this beautiful city of Cape Coral with my family, as I embark on my career as a real estate agent. After going through the process of purchasing our very own home, I realized that my dream was to help others like myself reach one of their biggest lifetime goals which is none other than purchasing the perfect place to call home for years to come!

I am always striving to learn new methods and techniques that will help enable me to help my clients achieve their dreams of owning their own home. In order to achieve this, it is important for me to attend any classes, seminars, meetings, etc. necessary in order to continuously stay up to date on the best and easiest ways to make the process of purchasing a home for you run as efficiently, smoothly, and quickly as possible from start to finish! I am beyond determined to earn your trust and faith in me to make your real estate dreams become a reality in the best and easiest way possible! I am very excited to start the home buying process with you and very much look forward to working with you!
